What do you mean “your way cleaning”?
You can be assured if you have a preference of method used to get the job done it will be done the same way every time. If you don’t have a preference, we will build a “system” of tasks to be done and formulate the best way to execute and complete in the best time and way possible. Everyone has a different idea of “cleaning”. What’s your idea of clean?
What payment methods do you accept, and how do I make the payment?
One time service: Payments are due in the form of cash, debit, credit, personal check, or business check within 3 days of completed work. If your payment is not made within given time frame, there will be a $80.00 late-payment fee added every 30 days the invoice goes unpaid. All checks are to be made payable to Your Way Cleaning Hawaii LLC (please do not abbreviate company name). Receipt of payment will be sent via email within 24 hours of service completion.
A $50 fee is added to invoice for all returned checks. Credit card payments have an additional charge of 5% of the total bill. Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Realtors and business owners we understand payment may need to be processed through AP. We allow 10 business days after invoice is received by AP to allow for processing time.
Recurring service: Client is agreeing to a minimum of 6 consecutive cleaning sessions to quality for lower recurring service rates. Recurring clients are required to fill out our recurring charge authorization form and put a credit or debit card on file. Card on file will be charged the day after service at 10 am HST. It is the clients responsibility to contact our office if card information needs to be updated. If a payment is declined Client has 3 days to pay invoice in full. If payment is not made within 3 days there will be an $80 late payment fee added to invoice. The 5% credit card fee does not apply for all recurring services due to our company requiring card on file.
eGift cards: eGift cards can only be purchased online at Get Your Gifting Done. eGift cards are used towards the hourly rate previously set in the initial assessment. eGift cards will be automatically applied after service. Any remaining balance is due in full in the form of credit, debit, or check. Your Way Cleaning Hawaii LLC will not be responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates/eGift cards and are non-refundable. Gift certificates/eGift cards are not eligible for discounts or promotions. Required minimum eGift card purchase is $100. One time deep cleaning we suggest a purchase amount of $350 or more. Recurring services we recommend a minimum of $140 eGift card.
What are the rates?
Rates vary by frequency of cleaning if our company or client are providing cleaning supplies and equipment. Once a cleaner is assigned to the home no other cleaner will clean that home, unless requested or assigned cleaner is out. See or current rate chart by clicking: Residential Increase Schedule. Client and cleaner have the right at anytime to request a change if the situation is in anyway uncomfortable or unbearable. It will be up to the Client to request a substitute or change in schedule once notified of any scheduled leave the assigned cleaner has requested. Last minute scheduling is considered anything less than 14 days prior to scheduled cleaning. Last minute scheduling will result in a $40 scheduling fee.
Are there any hidden charges or fees?
No there are no hidden charges or fees. Fees are explained prior to being charged. Fees are as followed.
Less than two weeks scheduling will result in a $40 scheduling fee.
Less than 72 hour cancellation from date and time of service will result in a fee $90 cancellation fee.
Return check(s) fee of $50 per check.
Invoice late payment fee of $80 after invoice due date and every 30 days thereafter.
Credit card payments fee of 5% of total bill for all one time services. Recurring services credit card fee is waived.
